Swedish dispute resolution boutique Frank joins forces with Sandart & Partners

The Swedish dispute resolution boutique Frank joins Sweden’s leading IP firm, Sandart & Partners on 1 July 2021. Frank’s three partners and the firm’s associates will further strengthen Sandart & Partners’ dispute resolution practice, especially in the field of arbitration with a focus on energy, insurance and media related disputes.     

The specialist firm Sandart & Partners is ranked as top tier in the field of intellectual property and has for more than half a century been a prominent firm in the Nordic market, especially within the field of IP and patent disputes. Frank was founded in 2006 and has over the years established itself as one of the leading dispute resolution boutique firms in Sweden.

Frank’s three partners, Karl Guterstam, Linda Landén and Mattias Erdös, will expand and broaden Sandart & Partners’ arbitration practice with a special focus on arbitration and arbitration related litigation. With the addition of Frank’s dispute resolution team, Sandart & Partners team will increase to 24 lawyers.
