Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI) Fellowship Program
The Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative (YTILI) is an exchange program funded by the U.S. Department of State and implemented by American Councils for International Education. YTILI aims to strengthen transatlantic relationships by building sustainable partnerships between U.S. and European entrepreneurs. Additionally, it encourages innovation within businesses, governments, and civil society.
Through this two-way exchange program, YTILI provides emerging European entrepreneurs with the tools and opportunities to broaden their expertise, enhance leadership skills, and build connections with U.S. public and private sector organizations working on issues related to entrepreneurship, innovation, and transatlantic collaboration.
Participants will gain firsthand exposure to U.S. innovation ecosystems, develop Action Plans to address challenges in their home communities, and join a global network of entrepreneurs. The program is open to business and social entrepreneurs aged 25–35 from 49 eligible European countries, including Sweden.
