Talent of the Future: Business Perspectives on Talent, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and the Impact of AI Talent Management

AmCham is hosting a roundtable discussion on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), bringing together key stakeholders, business leaders, and industry experts to explore the evolving talent landscape. This event aims to raise awareness among employers and stakeholders about integrating diverse talent, especially as AI technologies enhance access to talent.

The discussion will emphasize the need for inclusive workplaces and skills-based hiring, addressing key questions such as: Why is inclusivity crucial for companies? What are the risks of neglecting DEI? How can AI improve talent management and advance DEI efforts?

Join us to explore the intersection of DEI and AI in talent management and understand how diverse talent is essential for business success.
