Elizabeth Malecha
The first female to graduate from TOPGUN, Elizabeth Malecha continues to serve the U.S. Navy as a leader of its 6th Fleet Headquarters reserve unit located in Naples, Italy. Additionally, she is employed at the Swedish Defence University as a military instructor in the Air Operations Division, helping to train the next generation of Swedish military leaders as they improve and strengthen personal, national, and alliance capabilities.
Ted Burk
A TOPGUN graduate and former U.S. Navy fighter pilot, Ted Burk finished his military career in the Pentagon directing Strategic Communications campaigns about the Navy’s advanced capabilities and emerging technologies. Since moving to Stockholm in 2017, he's continued to work at the intersection of high-performance teams and narrative leadership. Ted serves clients as a speaker, executive coach, and narrative strategist - helping them build better teams, leaders, and messages.
